Product ServletExec
Category Session Tracking
Question How does ServletExec track sessions with Legacy resources ?
Answer The same way it does with Web Application resources with two exceptions:
  • By default, the name of the session id cookie is sesessionid instead of JSESSIONID
  • By default URL rewriting is disabled for session tracking of Legacy resources. If you want ServletExec to examine the request URL for a session id after it determines that no session cookie was present, then you will need to enable URL Rewriting on the Session Tracking page of SE's Main Admin UI

Note that the name of the session id cookie used for Legacy session tracking is configurable on the Session Tracking page of ServletExec's Main Admin UI.
