Available to BlueDragon Premium Support customers, Telephone Support provides you with a toll free number for access to our Technical Support Engineering team.
Phone access is during our normal business hours:9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, with responses within a 4-business-hour window.
