I sent an email to New Atlanta Support but my email bounced back, or I was told that the email I sent to was incorrect. Why ?
If you mean that you received an email from firstname.lastname@example.org then:
New Atlanta has received your email. It did not bounce back.
New Atlanta intends to help you. You have not sent your email to the wrong place.
It just means that the email account that you used to send your question is not named as a technical contact on a valid support contract. We will still help you, just not as quickly as we help those who are named as a technical contact on a valid support contract.
When this occurs, please do not resend your question to New Atlanta. We have received your question and will respond to it. Resending causes delays and confusion.
This is also referred to as an "autoreply".
