Question How can I upload a file to my .NET webapp (BD-enabled or not) that is larger than 4 Mb?
Answer In .NET, there is a default limit on the size of any web request of about 4 Mb. This is defined in the Machine.config file. If you need to accomodate larger requests, you can override the setting in your website's own Web.config file by putting this tag inside the "system.web" section, like this (for example):

<configuration>
 <system.web>
  <httpRuntime maxRequestLength="80000" />
 </system.web>
</configuration>

Note, that the number is in Kilobytes, so 80,000 represents 80 Mb.
