New Atlanta Enters Into Licensing Agreement with BEA

BEA to Re-brand BlueDragon Software to Enable Customers to Extend Legacy Applications to Run on BEA WebLogic Server without Rewrite

Alpharetta, GA - April 17, 2006 - New Atlanta Communications, LLC, a leading developer of advanced server-side technologies, today announced that it has entered into a licensing agreement with BEA Systems, Inc. Under the terms of the agreement, BEA is licensing BlueDragon from New Atlanta under the name BlueDragon, BEA WebLogic® Edition. This new BEA branded version of BlueDragon enables BEA customers to modernize and extend legacy ColdFusion® Markup Language (CFML) applications to run on BEA WebLogic Server. BlueDragon, BEA WebLogic? Edition will be sold and supported directly by BEA.
