Available to JTurbo Premium Support customers, Telephone Support provides you with a toll free number for access to our Technical Support Engineering team.

Phone access is during our normal business hours:9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, with responses within a 4-business-hour window.

Using Telephone Support

Unless your problem is urgent and requires an immediate response from our support team, please use email as your first contact when reporting a problem. This insures that your description of the problem is reliably documented and routed to the appropriate engineer for resolution. Use the toll-free number for follow-up after submitting your initial problem report via email.

Be sure to identify yourself as a Premium Support customer when calling this number, as it is not dedicated exclusively for support.

Please be prepared to specify the following configuration information:

Operating System brand and version (i.e. Windows 2003, Red Hat Linux 9.X)
MS SQL Server version (i.e. 2000, 2005)
Java Virtual Machine version (i.e. JRE or JDK, Hotspot Client or Hotspot Server)
JTurbo configuration and version (i.e. JTurbo 2005 for JDBC 3.0)

Please specify the nature of your problem:

A complete description of the problem, including the steps required to reproduce it
Error messages, with an explanation on where you are seeing them.
How are you running your code that uses JTurbo? (i.e. inside an application server, as an applet, as a standalone Java Application, etc...)
Is JTurbo running on the same machine as SQL Server?
