Question Why can't I get my cfml pages to be served from a shared network drive? I keep getting File Not Found.
Answer The "File not found" reported by BlueDragon Server is due to its inability to access the CFML templates on the remote share that is configured as the IIS home directory. Just as IIS had to be configured with credentials (an account and password) to access this remote share, so must BlueDragon Server. By default, the BlueDragon Server service is installed to run using the "Local System" account. This account must be changed to one who is authorized to access the remote files using the "Log On" tab of the service's properties. Setting it to the same account as used within IIS is recommended.
